About Earl
Earl received his Masters Degree in Forensic Behavioral Health from St. Paul Concordia University and his Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministries from Bethel University. Earl is espoused to Onika Miller, they have been married for 15 plus years. Out of this union one son has been parented and two grandchildren.
Earl is the second to the eldest out of four children, and was raised up in South Minneapolis, MN by his late grandmother. Earl attended High School as a student athlete at Washburn High, home of the Millers where he graduated class of 1998.
Many accomplishments are associated with the above achievements through his faith and service in God, but Earl’s life was not always productive. At the age of 20 Earl was sentenced to prison and released at the age of 26. It was his faith in God and service in His Kingdom that blessed him to live a life of restoration and redemption. Through lived experiences, academia, work experiences and inspiration from his wife, One & Done was conceived and birthed in 2018.

I want you to know that what God has done for me and many others, “All things are possible” and He is no respect of person. Last but not least, to those doing time in prison, keep your head up even while tying your shoes.
