It all started when...

Adverse childhood experiences (ACES) developed internal wounds that I masked with unhealthy behavior patterns, relationships and a false identity of manhood. Although I had family support, mentor support from coaches and a few healthy relationships, the dosage of an unhealthy lifestyle produced the outcome of a prison sentence from age 20 to 26. It was during those years that my faith in Christ as my Lord and Savior developed. My faith gave me hope to accomplish my educational goals and a desire to live and help others along this journey called life.

Today I have learned how to utilize the embarrassing event of incarceration as a witness that life transformation, healing, restoration, redemption in family, education, entrepreneurship, mind, body and spirit are possible.
